THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR INFORMATION

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

For example, where we no longer require information to be in a format where you can be identified personally, we will remove any personal details and store the data anonymously. Likewise, for purchases made on our website we will store your information for a period of 2 years from your last order or login to assist us with our unlimited returns policy. After this time, you will need to show us proof of purchase. If you wish to use your account after it has been deleted, you will need to create a new account. 

 

DISCLOSURES OF YOUR INFORMATION

We will never share or sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes and only use your information to provide you with the products or services you have requested from Silk Route Spirits Limited

However, we may need to provide access only to your information to a third party which provide services to us or act on our behalf in connection with the operation of our business. This could include:
